Kiedinger, Inc. was founded in 1988 by Gene Kiedinger when networks were emerging as a new way to connect people to their data and to each other. It was Gene’s desire to create a successful network cabling business by putting the customer’s needs first. Early projects included converting mini-computer and mainframe computer cabling systems to twisted-pair cabling. Gene also installed and maintained the proprietary cabling systems for these networks. Hard work and dedication were a part of every job to ensure a successful project. The most valuable part of these early endeavors was the trust our customers began to place in us. Today, the foundation of our success and our customers’ success is that very same trust. We hold in high regard the shared respect between our customers and the representatives of our company.

In 1989 with Ethernet being deployed on twisted-pair cable, the possibilities opened up for networks to become the primary structure for processing information. The need to grow our company was evident. As we began to hire, we looked for good people whose priority was to get things done right and effectively assist our customers. The qualities of the people we hire are the reasons we are successful and our customers are happy to work with us.

In 2004 we moved to our present location at 8479 Murphy Drive in Middleton, WI. The space was designed and remodeled to fit our company’s needs. It continues to provide the space we need for our technicians, vehicles, inventory and offices. Kiedinger, Inc. became a CommScope Uniprise Certified Installer in 2004, SYSTIMAX Prestige Business Partner in 2005 and a Panduit Certified Installer in 2007.

Video Conferencing equipment, along with training room and conference room technology were added to our product line in 2007. Whether its structured cabling, video conferencing or audio visual equipment, our customers can depend on the exceptional service that Kiedinger, Inc. has built its’ reputation on.

In 2009 we invested in additional CommScope and BICSI training for our technicians. We continue to invest in their development and the professionalism of their trade. Our employees remain our most valuable assets.

We have formed strong ties with the manufacturers of the materials we install and provide unrivaled support for our customers.
